Welcome

"Gallery One" features the natural scenic beauty of sunset skies, rivers, waterfalls and seascapes. Also included are mountain lakes, forests and views of ocean beaches from around the world.

Some locations and countries represented are the Caribbean Islands, Yosemite, Niagara Falls, Lake Tahoe, Australia, Thailand, Alaska, Malaysia and the Philippines. All photography is original.

"Gallery Two" is a collection of geological wonders that defy description; mesas, arches and rock pinnacles carved by water, ice and gravitational erosion for up to 150 million years.  Scenes are from Bryce Canyon, Zion, Horseshoe Bend and Valley of the Gods in Utah. 

Arizona State Parks are also included.

The world's first national park, Yellowstone is also featured.

Additionally, pictures taken on a cruise to the island of 

Cozumel, Mexico appear in this gallery as well as several 

scenic winter and springtime Nevada skies.

An elegant profile of Sally in a California meadow

completes the gallery with a touch of class.

"Gallery Three" is video only. It contains productions on a variety of subjects ranging from relaxing scenes of nature to war stories that span the decades between WWII  and  Vietnam. 

Also included are television and stage performances of Bill Hines.

All other videos are original. 

 "Gallery Four" is comprised of photographs taken during a remarkable three-day experience in Washington D.C. called 

"Honor Flight Nevada". 

39 veterans of four wars were escorted to the capitol to view 

nine of the nation's most notable war memorials. 

Their welcome home at the Reno airport was an incredible 

display of exuberance by hundreds of appreciative residents.

All photography is original except for a group picture taken at the Arlington Memorial and also at the Reno, Nevada airport.

Additionally, Bill Hines was photographed at the Vietnam Wall

by an Honor Flight volunteer.

"Gallery Five" is a tribute to the Reno Air Races;  59 years of exhilarating triumphs and sadly, a few years of devastating tragedy.

All photographs and videos are from the 2021 and 2023 races and are the exclusive work of Bill Hines. One exception is the first gallery picture which was taken of Bill by his wife, Betty.

Kudos to the courageous and highly skilled pilots who gave their best and some their all to entertain aviation enthusiasts through the years.

"Gallery Six" is devoted exclusively to the award-winning film

 "All For One", produced by USAF Captain Bill Hines.

After thirteen months of documenting search and rescue missions for pilots and crew members shot down over the jungles of Vietnam,

Hines was tasked with directing a film that would accurately depict the enormous effort involved in fulfilling the Aerospace Rescue and Recovery Service's motto "That Others May Live". 

The gallery shows behind-the-scenes photos taken during the film's production and concludes with a viewing of the documentary itself.
